Several flightseeing options are available from Talkeetna to Mt. McKinley. K2 Aviation has had over 39 years of Alaska flying experience. Their large fleet includes wheel, ski and floatplanes designed to accommodate both large and small groups.

Denali Grand Tour
This flight will take you completely around Mt. McKinley. You will start up the south side and view the Kahiltna Glacier, Mt. McKinley's famous west buttress, Sheldon Amphitheater, Ruth Glacier and the Great Gorge. Then view the Wickersham Wall, a 14,000 foot continuous rise of rock and ice. You can add a glacier landing to this tour.

McKinley Flyer
This tour takes you to the remote western end of Denali National Park. Explore the south side of Mt. McKinley, Mt Foraker and Mt. Hunter. See the Kahiltna Glacier, the longest glacier in Denali National Park. View the climber's basecamp located at 7200 feet. Be sure to look for climbers making their way up the West Buttress!

McKinley Experience
Imagine being within 6 miles of Mt. McKinley's summit ... This tour takes you there! Enter the world of rugged high mountain peaks and glacier filled valleys sculpted by the last ice age. See the Sheldon Amphitheater, Ruth Glacier and the Great Gorge at almost 2 miles deep!

McKinley Climber/Summit Tour
This is the most complete and exciting tour of Mt. McKinley. Climb to 20,000 feet for a dramatic view of the mountain and Denali National Park. Feel the rush that few mountaineers have experienced-the view from the summit!

K2 Aviation operates all their tours except the Glacier Landing Add-On year round depending on weather. The Glacier Landing Add-On touches you down at the Sheldon Amphitheater. Enjoy the stillness of the mountains broken only by the far off rumble of distant rock and ice slides. Leave your foot prints in the snow as you stand among the granite peaks that few ever experience.
