Vacation Package Highlights
The National Park Rail Tour follows the Alaska Railroad from the seaside port of Seward, to the mountain community of Girdwood, through Anchorage our largest city in the State, into Talkeetna and finally to Denali National Park for a two night back country adventure.
Day 1: Seward

Day 2: Seward / Girdwood
- Exit Glacier hike and sled dog tour
- Alaska SeaLife Center, rail to Girdwood on Goldstar dome train

Day 3: Girdwood / Spencer Glacier / Anchorage
- Alaska Railroad Spencer Glacier Rafting Tour
- Overnight in Anchorage
Day 4: Anchorage / Denali
- Travel by rail Anchorage to Denali on Goldstar dome train
- Overnight at Denali Cabins
Day 5: Denali / Kantishna
- Morning at leisure at Denali National Park
- Bus tour 90 miles into Denali National Park
- Overnight at Denali Backcountry Lodge.
Day 6: Kantishna
