“The Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge is an ideal location for the spectacular wine dinners hosted by Executive Chef Felix Zollinger and Fernando Salvador. The food is amazing, the wines are always a treat and the view of nearby McKinley is astounding,” said Allison Knox, public relations manager for CIRI Alaska Tourism.
The cuisine served at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge wine dinner is prepared by the award-winning Chef Felix Zollinger, who has been featured on the Food Network. The menu includes noisettes of venison with armagnac au jus, coconut prawns laksa with kafir lime and much more delicious fare. A dark Belgian chocolate mousse is served for dessert.
