Cabin Night Dinner Theatre is a two hour dinner and show event with an all you can eat meal and a musical review. The theater was created to authenticate an Alaskan roadhouse and is located at the McKinley Chalet Resort. The musical production is based on the life of Fannie Quigley, who helped settle the Kantishna area of Denali Park at the turn of the century. Costumed performers serve you at dinner and behave in period. It is a very popular activity and definitely a family program. Dinner, served family style, is Alaskan salmon or halibut, barbecued ribs, vegetables, rolls, and a fruit cobbler type dessert. Coffee and tea are included, and a full cash bar is available.
